Chef Tom

Based in London, 25 year old Tom is a chef and recipe developer. His career has seen him work in a wide variety of settings, from bustling street food parties to lively pop ups, intimate home dining and experimental test kitchens. As a private chef, Tom creates a relaxed atmosphere, serving up elegant, exciting dishes for an array of events, from lavish parties to cosy dinners. Additionally, with collaborator Patrick Baggaley, Tom has hosted multiple sold-out supper clubs, with the pair curating their own style of bold and inventive set menus. Tom’s style in the kitchen is all about sourcing the best ingredients and making them sing, emphasising the simple joy of eating with friends. He likes his food to be vibrant, full of flavour but not overly fussy.
