Born into a family deeply rooted in food and cultural traditions, Stefano’s love for cooking was nurtured by his grandmothers and aunts, while his grandfather—an “Army General”—instilled in him discipline and rigour. By the age of six, he had already set his heart on becoming a chef—a great chef. Stefano is dedicated to selecting the finest and healthiest ingredients, adhering to the highest food safety and hygiene standards.
