I’m a London-based freelance private chef, classically trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine, where I graduated with a distinction. I’ve since worked as a chef in restaurants, most recently Carmel by Berber & Q, and with other caterers but now focus solely on cooking for private clients at intimate fine-dining dinner parties, family-style events, canapé parties and more.
I am passionate about using fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce delicious and memorable events. I always use high quality local ingredients in my dishes, blending flavours from all over the world with the best of British produce.
