Having trained at Leith's School of Food & Wine Rachael went straight into the world of Private Cheffing. She has experience cooking for a whole range of events from small intimate fine dining dinner parties to canapé parties of 60 + and more informal buffet-style events.
Rachael's style is very eclectic and hugely influenced by my travels. I love bringing flavours and dishes from all over the world with a particular focus on the cuisines of India and Asia. My dishes are always packed full of flavour, using local, seasonal produce.
