Description
Antipasto (Appetizer) choose 3 Burrata al Limone con Pomodori e Basilico Creamy burrata cheese drizzled with lemon-infused olive oil, heirloom cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and sea salt. Served with toasted ciabatta crostini. Carpaccio di Manzo con Rucola e Parmigiano Thinly sliced beef carpaccio, topped with arugula, shaved Parmesan, and a drizzle of lemon vinaigrette. Finished with capers and a hint of black pepper. Fritto Misto di Mare A selection of lightly fried calamari, shrimp, and whitebait served with a tangy lemon aioli and a wedge of lemon for freshness. Insalata di Arance e Finocchio A refreshing salad of thinly sliced fennel, Sicilian oranges, toasted pine nuts, and mint, dressed with olive oil and a hint of lemon zest. Main Course choose 3 Branzino al Forno con Salsa di Capperi e Limone Oven-baked sea bass with a caper and lemon sauce, served with roasted fennel and lemon-herb potato purée. Pollo al Limone con Erbe Aromatiche Lemon and herb-roasted chicken breast with a white wine and thyme sauce, accompanied by sautéed green beans and crispy rosemary potatoes. Filetto di Manzo con Salsa al Vino Rosso Grilled beef fillet served with a red wine reduction, lemon-garlic spinach, and a creamy potato gratin. Dolce (Dessert) choose 2 Torta al Limoncello con Crema di Mascarpone Moist limoncello cake with a citrus glaze, served alongside a mascarpone mousse and candied lemon peel. Panna Cotta al Limone con Coulis di Frutti di Bosco Silky lemon panna cotta served with a mixed berry coulis and fresh mint leaves for a refreshing finish. Cannoli alla Sorrentina Crispy cannoli shells filled with lemon ricotta cream, dusted with powdered sugar and pistachios, and served with a small shot of limoncello. Tiramisù al Limone A twist on the classic tiramisu with layers of limoncello-soaked ladyfingers, lemon mascarpone cream, and a sprinkle of lemon zest.
