She's self-taught - with strong foundations from her French heritage. Her cooking style is modern British with classical french style. MasterChef 3 Course Fine Dining Menu. Sample Menu: 2 Canapés of your choice: -Gazpacho shots with basil oil, garnish -Salmon, avocado mousse, dill, pickled red onion puff -Roast beef and horseradish cream crostini -Balsamic tomato, avocado, basil puff -Aubergine, pesto, pomegranate crostini. -Goat cheese, beetroot, walnut, crispbread. -Mushroom, leek mini tarts -Chicken liver parfait, cherry gel crostini -Lime Prawn and chorizo skewer. -Mac and cheese mini bites -Asian style tuna tartare Bread and two types of butter of your choice. Starters (choose one) -Beetroot cured salmon, horseradish mousse, salmon roe, apple gel, beetroot cubes, seaweed powder -Pan fried scallops, roasted cauliflower, cauliflower puree, pea puree, pancetta -Goat cheese, maple syrup figs, balsamic vinegar shallots, cress, sesame seeds dressing -Chicken liver parfait, cherry gel, red wine poached black berries, green leaves. Our chef Evy was brilliant from start to finish. Super professional and flexible...she was happy to time things when it suited us. The food was sensational....we had limited options due to various food allergies and dietary needs, but Evy came up with a magnificent menu that suited out needs. It was a fabulous meal...and best of all no washing up! I would highly recommend Evy for any home chef needs.
