Nicolas can organise the whole event for you or can work with your team to produce a sparkling occasion
Nicolas’ services include
• Full bar set up and clear up afterwards.
• Providing high-quality glassware
• Creating alcoholic and non-alcoholic bespoke cocktails menu
• Sourcing fresh and seasonal, and homemade ingredients
• Clear Ice
• Delivering the event - with well-trained staff if required
Nicolas will need at least 3 weeks prior notice of a proposed booking with payment to secure the time slot for the event, and will agree with you the menu a week beforehand to ensure that Nicholas can obtain the best and freshest ingredients for your event.
