Energy Play Session - Rejuvenate with Movement

"Everything is energy and that's all there is to it." (Albert Einstein) This playful, fun, yet recharging experience is designed to take you away into the world of unseen energies, to experience your own energy body and walk away feeling free and elevated. You will be guided through some fun exercises for the activation of the main energy centres of your body and notice the shift of energies within and around you. The energy play will help you to recharge your mind & body and to better connect with your colleagues and friends. The game happens on an energetic level where you will be developing trust, awareness and sharpening your intuitive skills. A short teaser and few examples to help you see the unseeable; 1.) 'Touch and shift energy puzzle' - placing your hand on / above the main energy centres of the body, feeling the energies shifting and creating balance by a little puzzle play 2.) 'Heart swirl' - activating the highest vibrations level, Heart opening with some easy and fun movements 3.) 'Pass it on and don’t drop' - creating an energy circle, a new way to interact, connect and feel energies around us This unique experience will help you awaken senses of the body you may have not known existed or haven’t used them before. Our goal is you make you feel relaxed, recharged and uplifted by the end of the session and to create a stronger bond with your colleagues and friends. The session will close with a short guided meditation and reiki share. Reiki is a Japanese alternative healing technique to restore balance on an energetic level, promoting health and happiness. The session is designed for an office environment, without too much space requirement (as long as the attendees are comfortable). Each exercise can be followed in a seated position or standing up.
