I offer gourmet meals for business meetings, office events, and corporate retreats, featuring three sharing platters: two starters, one main course, and two desserts. Examples of Menu Options: STARTER (Fish) Smoked Haddock and Watercress Tartlet - Crisp tartlets filled with smoked haddock, fresh watercress, and a light cheese sauce. Thai-Style Fish Cakes - Spicy fish cakes made with fresh herbs, served with a sweet chili dipping sauce. Banderillas - Skewers of assorted pickled vegetables, olives, anchovies, and peppers, marinated in Spanish-style vinaigrette.
