She's self-taught - with strong foundations from her French heritage. Her cooking style is modern British with classical french style. She uses seasonal British ingredients with French cooking methods to bring the best out of all components of the dish. She is dedicated to sharing her passion for good food through selection of the finest ingredients, flawless presentation and attention to detail. Description
Buffet reception • Chicken and wild mushroom roulade wrapped in prosciutto. • Whole Baked Wild Salmon with caper, lemon and dill butter. • Bresaola, burrata, mango gel, melon, green leaves, truffle oil. • Lime chilli prawn and chorizo skewers. • Selection of grilled vegetables (peppers, courgette, aubergine, artichokes, asparagus) with pine nuts and parsley oil. • Orzo with diced vegetables and parsley salad. • Potato, celery, green onion, mustard, butter milk and dill salad. • French beans, heritage tomatoes, red onion, pine nuts, balsamic vinegar salad. • Iceberg, mixed leaves, green apple, Parmesan, caramelised walnuts, sour cream dressing salad. • Selection of dips: -roasted red pepper hummus -tzatziki -whipped feta with pomegranate -burnt chili • Selection of breads • Selection of butters (bloody Mary, herb, Harissa and black olive, Anchovies and lemon zest) 3 Mini Desserts or One Main Dessert: • Triple layered chocolate tart, 24ct gold. • French meringue, strawberry gel, fresh strawberries, basil infused cream, white chocolate shavings. • Lemon tart, caramel shard, edible flowers.
