Fergus spent the majority of his life as a passionate home chef, until his late 20's when stepped into a professional kitchen for the first time. He quickly got hooked on the buzz of a busy service, but also to need to explore and experiment far more then what is practical in a typical restaurant. Toward the end of 2019 he decided do induce his own baptism of fire, by launching a supper club serving a taster menu of experimental dishes in his home town. Fergus aims to take inspiration from cuisine across the world, combining ingredients, flavour profiles and formats in ways you have not seen before, all the while elevating each dish with technique and presentation to make it unforgettable!

A fine dining experince displaying the unique fusions of Alkemio Kitchen's Chef Fergus Assemble your menu from the options below (all diners must have the same courses, wll dietary requirements catared from upon special request) Canape course - - Puri with Rhubarb chutney and Coconut raiita - Toastada with Smoked chicken, burned pineapple salsa Starter - - Seabass crudo with avocado, strawberry and crispy proscuttio - Kimchi arancini with bacon jam, toasted sesame mayo, parmesan crisp 2nd starter - Torched shiitake salad, tom yum dressing, toasted peanut and sesame, mint coriander - Smoked leek tarte, jerusalam artchoke puree and black garlic Main - - Seared duck breast, confit duck french toast, red thai curry, grilled asparagus - Jerk sea bream, plantain curry sauce, sweet potato - Rib eye steak, short rib bon bon, potato fondant, smoked black garlic and chipotle cream (£10/head supplement) Sorbet - - Strawberry, basil and yuzu sorbet, strawberry salsa - Granny smith sorbet, pink peppercorn brittle Dessert - White chocolate and gorgonzola cheesecake, strawberry and miso ice cream - Grilled peach tarte, whipped burrata, fresh raspberries, pistachio Available locations: Cotswolds, Essex, Ibiza, Kent, London, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Sussex
