HG Walters is an independent family run business, established in 1972. It has become one of London’s most respected butchers, supplying some of the best chefs, restaurants and customers. Their shop is located in Barons Court and their focus is on quality not quantity. All their meat is sourced from sustainable, small farms rearing free-range native breeds. When it comes to HG walters they strive to be the best, not the biggest!

Farming is where The Ginger Pig’s story began, with Tim WIlson farming his own pastures producing cattle, sheep and pigs, with a passion for sustaining rare breeds. Today The Ginger Pig is supplied by many like minded small producing farmers, some of which are old friends of Tim! When it comes to the farm they source their meat from good animal husbandry and welfare is at the heart of what they do. All the butcher's beef is dried-aged in house for a minimum of 28 days, and all sausages and burgers are made from scratch, by hand by their trusted team. To prevent the waste of unsold meat the Ginger Pig have created a huge variety of pastries, cooked meats and prepared dishes for their deli counters which has formed vast ques outside their shops!

The Moen family have proudly supplied Clapham with highest quality meats for over 20 years. Meat is sourced from small, dedicated farmers, who use traditional, free range farming methods to ensure quality, whether it be organic, local or grass fed. M.moen & Sons speciality is their wide variety of produce, from Spanish black hoof Jamon Iberico to Kobe beef!

As the food supply chain began to cave, the Westbourne Grove fishmongers teamed up with other independent producers from across the country to create a sustainable superstore. Flock and Herd are a small butchery based in Peckham, southeast London, that combines traditional methods with modern butchery techniques to create the ultimate customer experience. Their key values are Animal husbandry and welfare. Over the past four years, the team have cultivated close relationships with a number of farmers in England, paying regular visits to the farms. They aim to provide their customers with the best taste, service and experience.
